Fabulous!

This chocolate was the hit of the party! Everyone loved it and the advice I received from the service department was suprisingly effective....I called to complain about the chocolate showing up melted and re-hardened/misshapen in the bag (July in TN) - the representative told me that the melting of the chocolate did not effect the quality and recommended that I leave the bag in the trunk of my car until ready to serve and let the heat naturally melt the chocolate, it worked perfectly! No need for a microwave and no fear of burning, poured it in the fountain and turned it on...we were good to go,it was fabulous!

Yummy chocolate and works great in fountain

We ran our chocolate fountain with 6 lbs of this chocolate and fed a total of about 50 people during my daughter's graduation party. The chocolate was great - fluid, tasty and worked as advertised. Will buy this one again for the next chocolate fountain event... the only wish I have is that it had zero calories :-)

Wonderful but expensive!

You really need at minimum 2 bags for a fountain, 3 or 4 is better to have. I did not have enough. I tried to mix another chocolate with it and it turned to fudge. It does not mix with other chocolates, and you can NOT add oil to it like other chocolates...it just makes a thicker fudge. It was like adding water to chocolate.

So if you are using this, you have to use just this and only this chocolate.
